The Farms at Tithing Hill is a community located in the city of Riverton, UT. We are a 55+ community started in 1999, when the first condominiums were built. In 2000, the community expanded down to the second level, where they began building the homes on Tithing Ridge Drive. Then in 2001 the third level of condos were created on Tithing Point Drive. There are 119 units in our community, plus a clubhouse, pool & spa.
